Meetings will be held in public in the small meeting room at Lamerton’s Sports and Community Centre. Meetings commence at 6.00pm

 The Minutes of each meeting are “draft” until they are approved at the following meeting. Any decisions made are then subject to them being “ratified” at the next full Council meeting.
